| You can have a free or an enchanted home page at Portland, no matter. After a while they say you are over quota and you have to pay them or they take the site down. And they cheat you and do this even if there is no over quota. It is better to turn this over to the police.

| I Used portland for about a year and was pleased with it.
But in two weeks time they ceased cgi & php because of some people who behaved badly.
So now it's over and out, I think it's very weak to do it like this....

| They fu(king removed the PHP without even sending me an E-Mail about it. They only sent a mail announcing CGI would be cancelled, and then they decide to remove PHP also.

| They're sorta ok, but they have their servers laid out on a flaky network, so sometimes you're "here", and sometimes you're "there". There are features disabled in PHP, also. I don't like them nearly as much as as php4hosting.com, which costs $4.80 a month.
