Host Description
This is done by the same guys as CoolFreePages, so it's very similar except for the diminished available space (but it's still generous).
It's currently the only PHP program for adult webmasters I know of.
They also give you a lot of information on proimoting your site, and you have *unlimited* bandwidth.
